I’ve only ordered from Dolls Kill twice, first time was a belt in like 2017 which I received and gave away it didn’t fit ...I decided I’d order again 2nd time was a week ago on July 3 2019 n sadly regretted it I never got my items I spoke with postal office and my own mail man and found out it was delivered to another address n all I can do is file a lost claim & total of $90 bucks down the drain I contacted them email and chat and really did nothing for me n I know they a cool edgy site, some advice tho show some professionalism the girl I was chatting with “If you know someone at that address we recommend you hit them to see if hey can get your order to you” wtf I live at this address as if to say I’m shipping it to some random address ???...I can understand it’s out of there hands and at times it is the postal office fault but they offered me no reshipping of item nor refund or credit just telling me to wait an additional 2 days and only a 20% discount which is B.S considering I’d have to pay another $90 bucks again totaling to $180 I don’t plan on ever purchasing again nor follow on insta terrible experience and even worse customer service from a business standpoint I don’t support a company that offers no compensation or help to customers and also they are left with the damage now to send out emails n contact my bank prob complaint to the better business bureau thx for nothing Dolls Kill
